1. How much money can I make with ErrorEraser? ^ top^
You can make as much money as you want. The more traffic you send, the more money you make, its that simple! There are no hidden fees or other charges.

2. How do I start making money?^ top^
Since you will be receiving your payments from ClickBank, you will first need to open a ClickBank account by clicking here. Then simply sign up as an ErrorEraser affiliate by clicking here. Once inside the affiliate area you will have access to custom links, banners, a variety of tracking features and ErrorEraser promotional materials.

3. What do I need to do to make money with ErrorEraser?
After signing up as an ErrorEraser affiliate, all you will need is a way to get people to click on your affiliate link. For more information on promotion techniques read our "Tips" section by clicking here.

4. When do I get paid?^ top^
ErrorEraser’s Affiliate Program is managed by ClickBank. You have the option of receiving your payments weekly or bi-weekly through check or Electronic Funds Transfer directly to your bank account. 

5. How can I know how much you owe me?^ top^
If you are part of the Affiliate program, your Clickbank stats should give you an up to the minute report of what you are owed.

6. What currency do I get paid in?^ top^
All payments are made is US dollars.

7. How is my commission affected if a customer receives a refund? ^ top^
We pay you 75% commission for every sale you make, less any refunds, chargebacks, or revokes.

8. What is a refund?^ top^
A refund is when the credit card owner asks for a refund. Some common reasons we issue refunds are fraud, inability to use the site, etc.

9. What is a chargeback?^ top^
A chargeback is when the credit card owner, instructs the bank to refuse payment on the charge.

10. What is a revoke?^ top^
A revoke is equivalent to a bounced check. When a customer purchases a membership with an online check, there is not always enough funds in their account to cover the charge. When the customer’s bank notifies our billing company, they issue a revoke.

11. What is the minimum amount I have to sell to receive payment?^ top^
You can increase the minimum payout to whatever you like, but we cannot cut checks for less than $10.00.

General Affiliate FAQ

1. Does it cost me anything to join ErrorEraser?^ top^
No, the ErrorEraser Affiliate Program is absolutely free to join. You don’t pay us a dime. We pay you 75% commissions for every sale you make.

2. How can I send traffic? What methods are acceptable?^ top^
You can send traffic any way you want. The only limit is your imagination and good judgement. It is not acceptable to promote your Affiliate link by spam, links from sites containing illegal content such as warez or child pornography, or any other means that tarnishes our good reputation. If in doubt, contact our affiliate liasion.

3. What is spam?^ top^
Spam is a term for unsolicited commercial advertisements sent via any messaging system. Commonly spam refers to email but it can also refer to messages sent via ICQ, AIM, IRC, Usenet and other systems. For more information read http://spam.abuse.net/

4. Why do you prohibit spam?^ top^
The most important reason is that spam is illegal. Secondly ErrorEraser and affiliates has worked hard to develop a positive reputation in the industry and among consumers. Spamming would tarnish that reputation and generate complaints against the spammer and ErrorEraser. We value our reputation as responsible marketers and will not allow anything to jeopardize our reputation.

5. What do I need to do to make money with ErrorEraser?^ top^
All you need to do is sign up and start sending traffic to your affiliate link.

6. Is there a minimum amount of traffic I have to send?^ top^
There are no minimums.

7. Is there a maximum amount of traffic I can send?^ top^
Our servers can handle anything you can send. However, if you have a very large volume of traffic, please contact us so we can make special arrangements.

8. Where can I find the banners?^ top^
We have an assortment of banners for you to chooce from located inside affiliate area.

9. If I decide to cancel my account, what should I do?^ top^
Generally it is not necessary to cancel your account, simply stop sending traffic to it. If you do not wish to receive email communication from us just log in > click "your info" link. select "No" on the Send Email Notifications section of the form then click the "Update" button.

10. I would like to increase traffic, what should I do?^ top^
To generate a lot of sales, use Pay Per Click advertising campaigns such as Google Adwords, advertise with keywords such as the ones found here. Most of our affiliates are getting killer conversions this way! Remember that with our program you do not even need a website! Just send the visitors directly to your link code and start generating sales even while you are sleeping. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of other ways to generate more traffic. We can’t go into them all here but there are numerous websites devoted to maximizing and optimizing traffic. You can contact us by email for tips.

11. Can I advertise your site on more than one website through the same account?^ top^
Certainly! You can advertise our sites on as many websites as you want. Your partner code will track the hit as coming from you regardless of the website it was placed on.

12. If I own several sites, do I have to register for each of them separately or can I use one URL for all of them to subscribe?^ top^
You only need to give us one url. You can then use that account on as many websites as you want.

13 . How can I change information about my ErrorEraser Affiliate account?^ top^
Click on the "Your Info" link, then change your desired information and click update. Please note that if you wish to change information on your ClickBank account you must log into your ClickBank account at https://www.clickbank.com/login.htm

14. Do you have a specific ratio or conversion rate that I must keep in order to stay in the ErrorEraser program?^ top^
No, any conversion ratio is fine. However in extreme cases, where your traffic is grossly underproductive (less than 1:10,000), we reserve the right to refuse the traffic.
